Presenting my watercolour painting featuring a street scene in Sham Shui Po district. Here we can see the corner intersection of Kweilin & Ki Lung streets that feature great examples of 1960’s round corner style tenement buildings painted in complementary coloured layers, and have bustling local market stalls on the ground level.
Ki Lung street is also known locally as ‘button street’ due to the many fabric and haberdashery shops located along it and is a ‘go to’ destination for designers and buyers looking for fabric samples.
