Multi colour biro sketch of local construction workers erecting scaffolding using bamboo poles. Bamboo being lighter, more flexible and equally as strong as steel.
To see these guys work is just amazing. Wearing simple plim sole shoes and often no harness they are able to build intricate structures incredibly quickly and often at dizzying heights. This city owes so much to these men who make the famous skyline possible. Respect.
